Return Policy

Returns for items in my regular stock can be exchanged for credit only, within 7 days. No refunds. 

Custom orders are final sales, no returns, refunds or exchanges.

Return shipping is your responsibility. Please contact me before sending anything back.


If something breaks: I try my best to do simple repairs for free, though it depends on materials needed and the extent of the repair. Some repairs are extensive or will be jobbed out and there will be a charge to you.

I expect my jewelry to be durable during regular wear. Certain parts get wear and tear over time, such as chains which will likely need to be replaced at a reasonable cost. 


Jewelry CARE:

I do not recommend sleeping in the earrings I make. 

Cuff bracelets should not be opened and closed often.

Jewelry with a patina or shiny surface should be stored carefully to avoid scratching. In general do not polish your jewelry very often. If it gets dirty you can wash and dry it with an old soft t-shirt. Avoid getting makeup and face/hair products on your jewelry. If you aren’t sure how to clean, contact me.


Yes I can replace a lost earring: I can create something very similar to your other earrings or make one that is asymmetrical, as is my style. The price is typically 1/2 of the current full pair price (you'd be charged for a single earring).


Should I polish my Jewelry? Do not use silver polish or Abrasives. The dark patina is part of the work. Lightly use a jewelers cloth to clean areas without patina. Do not clean your jewelry often.
